To guide you in right direction we want to know:
- What is the make and model of your reckoner?
- Take yous installed all the bachelor updates on your computer?
- Have you tried temporarily disabling Antivirus and cheque?
We propose you to manually check, have y'all switched on the autoplay pick, refer the below steps:
- Press the Windows key.
- Type Autoplay.
- Enable the Autoplay option.

Method 1:

I have completed the DISM commands
Scanhealth stated the component store is repairable
Restorehealth had an error 0x000f081f
The source file could not exist found
use source option to specify the location of files to restore this characteristic
also a link to Configure a Windows repair source
have looked but I'm baffled
Ihave looked at the log which is over 1MB in size
Do you accept whatever further thoughts?

Further comments
Chkdsk was not needed as windows had found no errors
I ran sfc /scannow in an elevated control prompt with the result
Corrupted files found but cannot repair
reading CBS.log I found 4 cases of cannot repair al of which contained the similar detail at
00003335
000033ba
000053b5
000053b8
all referring to DataOracleClientPerfCounters.......hashmismatch
I ran DISM /online /Cleanup-prototype /scanhealth
which said repairable
I then ran restorehealh on information technology'southward own and /source:wim:due east:\sources\install.wim:i and the same with/limitaccess
All returned the error cannot find source file although I had checked that te file was there on the Windows ten disc created from an ISO file
After reading "configure a Windows repair Source" I looked at Group policy but within Computer configuration\administrative templates\organization Specify setting for optional component installation and component repair did not exist only specify Windows Installation file did and is not configured
I do wish that I had reverted to seven in the allowable time and used a disc to upgrade instead of windows update there are no problems on machines where I used this method

"If y'all enable this policy setting, Autoplay is disabled on CD-ROM and removable media drives, or disabled on all drives.
This policy setting disables Autoplay on boosted types of drives. Y'all cannot use this setting to enable Autoplay on drives on which information technology is disabled by default.

So if I disable the policy setting, you enable Autoplay only it notwithstanding does not work and "non configured" defaults to enable Autoplay, buy the portable difficult bulldoze is ignored.
And if I put my iPhone in the same USB port information technology will charge the iPhone, no USB icon on nuance and all the same when I plug in the portable hard drive the LED in the portable HD lights upward but the computer does non recognize it. If I use an unpowered memory stick, reckoner recognizes the device apace.

I cannot run the CMD prompt so I cannot run DISM or sfc. i did try resettingWindows Installer program but it did not have.
Whatever aid would exist practiced.
